Upon enrollment, youâll receive an email with important information like the call link and Telegram chat link (this will be where you access community and support, and ask questions throughout the course).
Each month there will be 4 live group coaching calls hosted on Zoom by Alexa. All calls are interactive and intimate, lasting approximately 90 minutes each.
The calls could include things like hot seat coaching, open discussions, Q&A, meditations, embodiment practices, journaling, community-building exercises, and more.
If you have to miss a call, replays will be made available inside the private Telegram thread.
